Ok ... I'm back! I couldn't stay away. Plus, a new place recently opened up in Leduc ... called the Leduc Artisan Market. I had to answer the door when opportunity came knockin'

I am now selling some of my 'creations' at the Leduc Artisan Market located at 5110 50th Street, in Leduc, Alberta. Currently I only have three items for sale (they all have a local theme) ... two are framed prints and one on canvas.

It is a wonderful store that offers artist a location to sell their items year round and a chance for buyers to purchase local items that are not mass produced.

If you get the chance ... you should check it out!

For the record ... I have no idea why my image is appearing upside down ... it is right side up when I choose it and even when I rotate the image and submit an upside down one it still appears upside down. Oh well ... no worries ... I just didn't want you to think I didn't try. lol

I have decided to take most ... if not all of the summer off. I've been burning up too much of my summer on-line and inside. Have a great summer ... Lori

Well as promised I updated my profile picture with an actual picture of me (or part of me anyway) ... I am calling it my winter face (because it looks a little ominous) ... I will probably update it in the spring with a friendlier looking photo ... or I might revert back to my previous profile picture ... which was my "Stop to Smell the Flower" photo. I haven't decided yet.

Time is once again moving quickly. Christmas will soon be here and I wanted to let you know the cut off for ordering a print so that it will arrive in time for Christmas is Tuesday, December 11th. I just want to take this opportunity to thank Fine Art America for their creative (& brilliant) thinking. Their vision has given artists [from all around the world] an opportunity to share their art on a grand scale and ultimately allowed each of us the opportunity to 'scratch our creative itch'.

I would also like to thank all those that view my images/pages ... you honour me with your presence just by 'stopping by' ... I know how busy you are!
